I listen to a huge variety of music. I listen to everything. So I don't think it affects the way I dress, talk, or view things. However music is a big part of my life and I could not go a day without some sort of music. listening to music always puts me into a good mood.

I strongly believe music somehow affects the way a person talks. Using slang, profanity, pointing out gestures with their words is all affected by one's life. It's hard for me to not listen to music for over an hour, because I dance and all, it's also wierd too. If I don't listen to music for a day i'm either singing it, so I pretty much can't help it but it would be a challenge one day. I listen to a variety of everything depending on the music, tone and the person translating the music.

I don't think music really affects how I dress or talk. It may affect the way i view things and i don't even realize it. It would be really hard to go a day with out music for me. Music is a way to escape, it blocks voices out and other things I don't want to hear. Different music can set different moods, I think it's so amazing. I listen to a lot of different types of music. The music I probably like the most is between rock and "screamo". I don't know why i love really loud noisy music...it's so comforting for me. I'm constantly around noise, whether its my house or friends' houses. My friends are pretty much all in bands so I'm always at their shows.

Music doesn't affect my thoughts period.I have my own mind, although I do feel that music affects most people in all that they do.People need to remember that music is just entertainment, its not based on real life for everyone.
I can go for weeks without listening to music or watching the television.Sometimes you just have to shut all of those things out so your mind can rest. You need to be able to think on your own without any influence.
I'm currently listening to Teena Marie,Jill Scott,Lauren Hill and so many others.I listen to these artist because they have something more to say. They all deliver a message about life and the things that they've been through. These artist express themselves very well to me.Positivity is whats important tome.

The music affects me through the way I dress, talk, and view things quite a lot. I used to dress according to the style of my music then changed because people only look so far into one another and automatically assume your an idiot. I made more friends through this and they found out about my musical interests after and actually respected me. I have had the same musical interested since I was eight. I find myself speaking in almost the same way my music speaks which I have no problem with. I also view things much more in depthly and unlike a lot of people look past the bullshit. I listen to only one or two record labels because I was raised listening to them and it stuck and fit my personality perfectly.

I think it's the other way around. I think who I am influences the music I listen to. It is my personality that dictates what I want to hear. I listen to a lot of different types of music and what I listen to at certain times reflect on how I'm feeling at that moment. The music I listen to represents me, I do not represent the music.
I have gone a day or two without listening or creating music. It's not hard me. It's all based on feeling for me. When I listen to music I don't think, 'I got nothing else to do I might as well listen to some music.' When I have something I want to express my feelings, whether it be for an audience or for myself, that's when I listen to music. Music is the medium that helps me express myself the most.

Josh, what are the record labels that you listen to?

So Josh, are u saying that you don't just look at people and automatically make a judgement? like how people used to do to you?

I listen to Psychopathic Records and Suburban Noize Records. I listen to other music but I find myself consumed within these labels.

Samantha, I do look at people and make judgements, but I do not assume they are they way I am assuming. I rather know someone before I put the hex on a friendship because people have done it the other way around based off my "ICP Clothes."
